At Turbo Digital Marketing, we aim to provide high-quality services to meet your business needs. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be provided. Please read carefully before purchasing or engaging with our services.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for specific services if:
    • The service was not delivered as described in the agreement.
    • The Client cancels the service within the allowed cancellation period.

1.2 Non-Refundable Services

  • The following are non-refundable:
    • Completed services, including SEO, content creation, and social media campaigns.
    • Partial services already delivered.
    • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client (e.g., ad spend, hosting fees).

1.3 Request for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Info@e-turbo.net within 14 days of the service delivery or cancellation.
  • The request must include:
    • The reason for the refund.
    • Proof of payment.

1.4 Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

2. Return Policy for Digital Services

2.1 Nature of Services

  • As digital marketing services involve customized work, returns are not applicable.
  • Deliverables such as reports, designs, or strategies are considered final once approved by the Client.

2.2 Revisions and Corrections

  • If the Client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, they may request revisions as per the terms of the agreement.
  • Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of work and must be requested within  7 days of delivery.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • The Client may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice to Info@e-turbo.net.
  • Cancellation notice period 30 days.
  • Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.

3.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

  • Turbo Digital Marketing reserves the right to terminate services due to:
    • Non-payment by the Client.
    • Breach of terms outlined in the agreement.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds or returns will not be granted for issues arising from:
    • The Client’s failure to provide required materials or information.
    • Delays caused by third parties.
    • Unrealistic expectations or guarantees not outlined in the agreement.
